Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will support day-to-day functions, assist customers, and help ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well organized.

You will supervise and train Store Associates, participate in opening/closing procedures, and uphold safety and company policies. This full-time on-site role offers opportunities to grow with a nationwide retailer in Challis, Idaho.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
