Job summary

Dollar Tree in Columbus, OH seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, train associates, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
