Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health will be a key member of the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead by example and foster an engaged team to achieve store goals.

You will oversee overall store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, training, development and financial management, while ensuring a CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills with computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management activities and supervise the store crew.
• Drive store execution, inventory and customer service leadership.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors; implement plans for improvement.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
