Job summary

You will model outstanding service. You will assist with scheduling, onboarding, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks while promoting safety, confidentiality, and credit/loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change.
• Team player with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and handles scheduling activities.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards.
• Promotes and supports credit and loyalty programs and store safety.
