Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Associate at our Marshalls store in Pittsburgh, PA, to support store management and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role includes coordinating interviews, onboarding, maintaining files, cash office duties, scheduling, and ensuring proper coverage to keep the sales floor running smoothly. You will train colleagues, uphold labor laws and policies, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help hit shrink reduction and safety goals.

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports safety and loss-prevention goals.
• Complies with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
