Job summary

RedLion Mobile in Bronx, NY is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will coach a high-performing team, manage merchandising, inventory, and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven ability to grow revenue. This full-time in-person role offers competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably wireless or electronics.
• Proven track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends and gaps, and act on growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on local events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; build a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS while resolving escalated concerns.

• Must have strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
