Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Coaching and motivating the team to succeed and maintain high standards.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal activities.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours, ensure a clean store, and protect assets.
