The role emphasizes supervision, cash handling, and a flexible 45+ hour work week, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (standing, walking, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Store Managers will work 45+ hours a week; flexible retail schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in training of pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store; manage cash drawers and merchandise.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and securing customer loans.
• Administer store processes including inventory, loan management, and merchandising.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash expectations.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Lead and communicate with employees to uphold the store’s mission.
