Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18; High School Diploma or GED; must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed; strong cash handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with a customer-centric approach.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards and promote talent development.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels and manage onboarding.
• Open and close the store, counting cash and protecting assets.
• Monitor loan qualifications and ensure accurate, compliant processes.
• Drive profitability by communicating goals and upholding standards.
