Job summary

Rent A Center in Florida is seeking a Store Manager in Training. You will lead store sales, oversee collections, and manage inventory, pricing, cash handling and security while driving performance and growth.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program. A valid driver's license is mandatory as company vehicles are driven.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record—You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store activities.
• Oversee collections and manage accounts requiring intervention; train staff to ensure compliance.
• Manage store profits, inventory, pricing, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Lead, train and retain coworkers; recruit and hire for the store.
