Rent A Center in Detroit is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead sales, oversee accounts, and manage store operations. You will set daily and weekly sales goals, supervise coworkers, approve rental agreements, monitor results, and drive profitability.

Requirements include 3-5 years of retail/management experience, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, computer literacy, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals for store's sales activities and oversee coworkers' sales efforts.
• Account Management: Oversee collections activities and approve customer commitments while training staff.
• Leadership: Manage store resources to achieve planned profits and ensure policy compliance and inventory control.
• Coworker Management: Train and organize daily activities, staff and hire for the store, enhance customer service.
