Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans to achieve departmental goals (selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling).
• Cover store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per policy manuals.
