• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure each department’s responsibilities and standards are completed.
• Maintain inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls and flag potential fraud.
