Job summary

Circle K in Augusta, Maine is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold Circle K standards for service, cleanliness, and inventory control. You will manage scheduling, training, cash handling and reporting to keep the site running smoothly.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, maintaining safety, and building strong relationships with suppliers and the local community. Hiring range: $18.60 to $19.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and use equipment per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed for CSR and ASM.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and counseling.
