Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral/written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Maintain a professional image among staff and managers.
