Job summary

Circle K in South Paris, Maine is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of the Northeast BU - Region 06 - Market 08 store. You will supervise employees, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and uphold company standards while controlling costs.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, retail experience, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work on-site with flexible shifts, and you’ll report to the Market Manager as part of Circle K's equal opportunity framework.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for store operations.
• Ability to analyze reports, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain store image.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Promote safety and manage supplier relationships.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
