Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties as described in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to manage CSR and ASM functions and supervise store operations.
• Proficiency with computers for reports, inventory, cash, and notices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain professional image and support subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule staff within company guidelines to maximize service and site appearance.
• Apply non-discriminatory practices in hiring, training, counseling and separating employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and give feedback in writing.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure safety awareness.
• Communicate information to all employees promptly and conduct regular meetings with staff and Market Manager.
• Develop action plans to reach site objectives and organize all site files and manuals.
• Oversee reporting, merchandise display, pricing accuracy and posters/signs placement.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; budget and forecast P&L lines; safeguard funds.
