Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform duties and work described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement fair management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation.
