Job summary

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff to meet company standards.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Duties may include other assignments by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain store image.
• Supervise and manage merchandising, inventory and cash handling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance feedback and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Organize files and reports and ensure timely completion.
