Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM tasks.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Fluent English communication (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and motivation.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure timely communication with all staff and Market Manager.
• Organize files and manage reports accurately and on time.
• Manage merchandise display and pricing; ensure required posters are accessible.
