Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices while hiring, training, counseling and addressing personnel
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards
• Ensure timely and effective communication with all employees
• Organize site files and reports and manage merchandise displays and pricing
