Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Store Manager Trainee must have 6+ months of store management experience.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
