Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Flora Vista, New Mexico, is seeking a Site Manager/CSR supervisor to lead daily operations, staffing and customer service. You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure inventory and cash control align with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff to company standards.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Shift availability: Days, evenings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and manage profits, budgets and reporting.
