Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Site Manager/CSR Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage inventory and cash controls, and ensure adherence to company standards and safety policies.

You will develop tasks, schedule employees, coordinate with suppliers, and drive profitability through budget-conscious decisions while maintaining a positive public image in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training, counseling and separations.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to employees.
• Train staff on customer service, site image, and marketing execution, and safety procedures.
• Establish timely communication with all employees and conduct regular meetings.
• Plan and organize action plans to meet site objectives; maintain files and reports.
• Supervise merchandising and ensure correct pricing and poster placement.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage margins and finances.
