Job summary

Circle K in Flora Vista, NM is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations and drive customer service excellence. The role focuses on supervising staff, managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining store standards in line with company policies.

You will train employees, handle cash controls, analyze sales data, and collaborate with external suppliers while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept to company standards.
