Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Ensure inventory awareness and profitability across departments.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the company manuals and standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
