Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness and profitability across all areas.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Promote exceptional customer service and merchandise promotions.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as documented.
