Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store image and safety standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventories, merchandising, and financials, partnering with suppliers and corporate to meet company goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to use computer for reports and inventory.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank/meetings.
• English communication (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service.
• Supervise and implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring/training.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on safety procedures.
• Communicate timely with all staff and hold regular meetings.
• Organize site files, manage reports and ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; forecast P&L.
