Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Columbia, SC to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. During a designated training period, the RMT may manage day-to-day operations of a Company-operated restaurant for up to 90 days, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager.

You will supervise team members, maintain standards for food safety and quality, manage cash/inventory, and complete required paperwork while upholding Brand values and delivering strong guest service.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties; delegates shifts.
• Establishes build to’s and maintains the production management system.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervises and coaches team members to follow guidelines for food prep and production management.
• Ensures team members are properly trained on Brand and Company standards on an ongoing basis.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Communicates as required with the district manager; completes daily/weekly/pperiod paperwork, inventories, cash counts.
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests per laws and safety codes; reports issues to maintenance.
• Completes incident reports; assumes ownership of financial and operational metrics for profitability.
• Conducts team check-ins; provides feedback and uses recognition to reinforce performance.
• Implements progressive discipline for performance or policy issues; lives Brand values.
