Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Alamo, GA to lead daily store operations, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, keep the site clean and well stocked, and manage scheduling to maintain our store image.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, supplier relations, and safety trainings. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail experience valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
