Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and terminating staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Train all staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Communicate effectively with all site employees and the Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed on time.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively and priced correctly.
