Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Lincoln, Maine is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the store team, and uphold Circle K standards for service, cleanliness and presentation.

You will recruit, train and schedule employees, manage cash and inventory, analyze sales and expenses, and maintain open communication with the District Manager and suppliers. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of retail experience are preferred, along with valid driver's license and English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff across CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Proficient with computers, reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills and open availability.
• Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and train them to meet standards.
• Develop and assign tasks to maintain store image, stock and safety.
• Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Communicate regularly with staff and district leadership.
• Plan and organize records, reports and payroll-related activities.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
