Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train on equipment and materials as per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Computer usage for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Apply non-discriminatory practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Promote safe site image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Educate employees on safety procedures and awareness.
• Maintain timely internal communications and meetings with staff and Market Manager.
• Evaluate site needs and develop action plans to reach objectives.
• Organize files, manage reports and ensure accurate data.
• Supervise merchandise display, pricing, and stock levels.
• Ensure employment posters are visible and up to date.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; take actions to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and margins; safeguard funds.
