Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR, LSR, and SA roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, payroll forms, etc.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintains store image: cleanliness, adequate stock, organized presentation.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store performance.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer issues.
