Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and use equipment as described.
• Manage CSR/ASM functions and related duties.
• Proficient in computer use: reports, inventory control, cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and transport to meetings.
• English communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks and maintain a clean, stocked site per standards.
• Schedule staff and manage site image within company guidelines.
• Supervise and coach staff; implement fair, non-discriminatory practices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize files, reports and ensure posters/signs are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
