Palm Beach Tan is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Oklahoma City store and drive sales while delivering an exceptional tanning experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, coach for outstanding service, and manage daily operations to meet revenue targets. This role offers advancement opportunities and competitive compensation within a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
