Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, hands-on District Operations Manager to oversee multiple salons in a Kansas district. You will lead store teams, ensure brand standards, manage expenses and drive sales across locations.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, coordinate with operators, and communicate on projects. The role requires travel between salons and a valid driver’s license; strong leadership and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
Proven positive leadership across multiple locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district to align with company goals.
Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff across locations.
Collaborate with Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel; ensure timely communications on projects and initiatives.
Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
