Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Oklahoma store. You will drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create a premier tanning experience that keeps customers returning. If you’re passionate about retail leadership and helping people look and feel their best, this is your role.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage daily operations, and ensure top customer service while meeting store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
