Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience working in a retail environment.
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing employees and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all hours of operation are covered; recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide excellent customer service; set a friendly environment.
• Responsible for store financials and communicating goals to staff.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees; provide ongoing training and career growth opportunities.
