Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager with Food Service to join our team. You will lead a fast-paced operation, ensure exceptional customer service, and maximize store profitability.

This role requires 2+ years in food service or retail with food service, a valid driver's license, and proven leadership. You will collaborate with the District Manager and other store managers to share best practices and mentor employees.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a food service or retail with food service environment (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting & valid vehicle insurance (Required)
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that has a restaurant/food preparation area.
• Managing employees and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring all hours of operation are covered and supported, including recruiting to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock; conduct regular stock checks and work with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store and providing excellent customer service.
• In charge of store financials and collaborating with the District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive work environment and ongoing development.
