Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings with valid vehicle insurance.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all hours of operation are covered; recruit to hire and retain staff.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and set a friendly store tone.
• Oversee store financials and budgets; collaborate with District Manager on best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees; provide ongoing training for performance improvement.
• Resolve customer issues and conflicts professionally.
