The role oversees daily store activities, maintains inventory, and ensures a clean, organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service and managing financial transactions.

The position emphasizes leading and supporting Sales Associates, training staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and schedules, including peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings with valid vehicle insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Able to lift, stand, and be active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
