Job summary: The Salon Director leads the team to deliver an exceptional client experience, manages daily operations, staffing, client satisfaction, and maintains salon standards. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring cleanliness, managing safety, and achieving performance goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and coach employees to enhance client experiences
• Handle client concerns promptly
