Compensation: Starting at $45,000/year, including commissions and incentives. Performance-based earning potential plus a great associate discount on store purchases.

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed personal sales goals and provide excellent customer experience.
  2. Answer questions about location, price, and merchandise use confidently.
  3. Follow customer requests while maintaining safety standards.
  4. Analyze reports to make informed decisions on inventory, merchandising, and sales trends.
  5. Stock and merchandise shelves, tables, and counters, and set up promotional displays.
  6. Communicate professionally with vendors and sales representatives.
  7. Train team members on product knowledge and proper use.
  8. Participate in sales and product knowledge meetings.
  9. Maintain a professional appearance and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  10. Read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance documents; write routine reports.
  11. Perform basic math operations and present information effectively to customers and team members.
  12. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  13. Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits clearly.
