Job Summary:

The Assistant Salon Director is responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, driving store performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves supervising Tanning Consultants, fostering client-centric service, and leading by example to meet or exceed productivity goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily salon operations.
• Leading by example in service and sales.
• Maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Setting goals and providing coaching to team members.
• Generating sales reports and managing inventory.
• Assisting in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Ensuring proper staffing levels and excellent customer service.
• Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation for bank visits.
