Expectations From The Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll take on key responsibilities, including:

• Understanding Customer Needs: Engage with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored broadband and mobile solutions.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Lead by example to ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
• Customer Retention: Effectively manage customer queries, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently to build long‑lasting loyalty.
