Job description

Store Manager – Retail

The position is a full-time, on‑site role. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They will be a confident salesperson, capable of sharing best practices to onboard new employees, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to assign duties to maintain store function.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (revenue, units, attach rate)
  • Improve conversion rate and average order value
  • Drive new product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Store Operations & PSI Management
    • Manage daily store opening/closing, POS transactions, order fulfillment and invoice reconciliation
    • Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, loss prevention, and demo/display unit maintenance – maintain demo experience zones, product display areas, DIY consultation corners and workshop spaces
    • Oversee visual merchandising updates and collateral management
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, schedule, and coach sales advisors, part‑time staff and technical support
    • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews and implement sales incentive programs
    • Foster a high‑energy, customer‑centric culture aligned with EcoFlow’s brand values
  • Brand & Customer Experience
    • Ensure strict adherence to EcoFlow’s global store design (SI) and display standards
    • Maintain premium brand experience across store appearance, staff scripts and customer interactions
    • Manage customer complaints, post‑sales coordination and loyalty programs
    • Drive NPS and Google Review scores; resolve negative feedback proactively
  • Local Marketing & Community Activation
    • Plan and execute in‑store workshops, product experience events and local community collaborations
    • Convert O2O digital leads (online to offline) and manage local B2B client development
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of retail management experience in energy solutions / consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store KPIs (conversion, AOV, NPS)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong team leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
  • Analytical ability – comfortable using sales reports, inventory data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
  • Excellent customer communication and problem‑solving skills.
