Role Description

The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Seymour, IN. This role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies. The manager leads and coaches the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, managing cash handling, minimizing retail loss, and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. The Retail Store Manager also collaborates with regional leadership to implement promotional activities and maintain high operational standards.
