Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage daily store operations.
• Open/close the store and protect assets through proper cash handling.
