• Ensure the store complies with all legal requirements.
• Create a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment.
• Build rapport with customers to establish long-term loyalty.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safeguard cash and be responsible for banking requirements.
